My Story

I am a Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and friend. God is my center and through my relationship with him, I am being led to help people.  For the first time in my life I know this is what I am called to do, and it is ALL because of him.

I have suffered from anxiety, depression, anger, and many other things in my life.  It was not until I really started putting my trust in God that I made a change.  I still have hard days, but I now have a support system of Christian Women that help me and hold me accountable.  I read and study the Bible, I pray, and I have a relationship with Christ.  I believe that because of that relationship I now know my calling.  I want to help people that suffer and let them know they are not alone.  This is my passion.  For so long I felt alone, isolated, unworthy, and disappointed in myself.  Now I use scripture to fight against it.  I rebuke it in the name of Jesus.  I pray.  Now I want to help you.  I want to share my knowledge.

I have a Certification in Mental Health Coaching from Light University.  A Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Christian Learning Institute.  Also a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Western Governor’s University.

"The Struggle Is Real
Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic we had a mental health crisis. However, since the pandemic hit with the lockdowns, racial trauma, the riots, the vaccine rollout, and more, it has turned into a mental health disaster.
According to the CDC - mental health issues are skyrocketing, 40% of U.S. adults now report struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues. The numbers are staggering.
Anxiety/ Depression Symptoms – 31%
Started or Increased Substance Use – 13%
Trauma/Stressor-Related Disorder Symptoms – 26%
Seriously Considered Suicide – 11%
People everywhere are exhausted, emotionally shot, and in need of hope!" From the AACC
